Purpose: quick and easy online managerial skills tests

Our management competency wheel allows you to see at a glance whether the employee is suitable for a management position or not, and on which specific development points, development can take place. Reporting in three management styles: entrepreneurial, coaching or steering/directive.

Unique: self-image versus objective image (feedback)
The test provides a unique insight into the employee’s self-image versus objective image. To this end, two separate tests are administered. Engage in a conversation with the employee, discussing how they see themselves and how others see them and providing concrete feedback.

You will receive a full report on which to make informed decisions. This provides concrete insight into management behavior, aptitude and ambition.
